Service Providers: For security, service operation and management purposes, ABC Solutions Group also uses third-party services for its managed IT Services. We ensure that these providers provide the same level of protection as ABC Solutions Group. Third-party vendors and providers supply the necessary hardware, software, networking and storage to the IT Systems. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Where there is a contract between us, and we are the Data Controller we will retain your personal data for the duration of the contract, and for a period of six years following its termination or expiry, to ensure we are able to comply with any contractual, legal, audit and other regulatory requirements, or any orders from competent courts or authorities.
